Items that are created in our warehouse are specifically for your order.

The whole process of Artwork including delivery typically takes 3 to 5 weeks as it is a time-consuming process.

Once your order is placed we will be contacting you for the order confirmation & details.

Terms And Conditions :

1. Once the order is confirmed, Replacement of photograph or changes in sizes or material wont be allowed.(High resolution photograph should be uploaded with clear instructions).
2. After completion of the softcopy design, We will be sending you the design preview through Whatsapp or email based on your convenience.
3. Revisions or Modifications will be accepted in 3D soft opy design.
4. Once the design is approved, we will start designing the actual product.
5. Modifications wont be accepted in actual products.
6. After completion of designing the product, we will dispatch the product to the Address provided.

Refund Policy :

1. As the products are personalised order cancellations and refunds wont be accepted.
2. Damage Claims : Video must be recorded while opening the delivered package in case of damage replacements.
