Refund policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized gifts are not returnable under any circumstances.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@3dminiature.com (or your preferred support channel).


Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and personalized gifts cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
