By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below.
These terms are designed to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, mutually protecting and setting expectations for our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to wait for the restock or receive a refund for unavailable items.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all standard orders.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

3DMiniature will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of the item, and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.
We will notify you once this has been completed via email.

3.2 Warranty Returns

3DMiniature will honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 2 days of receipt of items.
Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect 3DMiniature to process your claim within 10 business days.
Once confirmed, you will receive one of the following options:
(a) A refund to your payment method
(b) A refund in store credit
(c) A replacement item (if stock is available)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time – Domestic

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.

4.2 Transit Time – International

International shipments are usually in transit for 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier selected.
A more accurate estimate will be provided at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Personalized orders are dispatched within 50 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
In such cases, we ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can be made any time before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

3DMiniature will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
Courier services are unavailable for these locations.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the estimated period, please contact us at our support email so we can investigate.


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment’s progress through the courier’s system.


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject the delivery (if possible) and contact our customer service immediately.
If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact us with photos and details for next steps.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to all prices displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, with no additional fees required upon arrival in your destination country.


8. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

8.1 Damaged Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier’s investigation confirms the damage.

8.2 Lost Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier deems the parcel as lost.
